Yeosu Experience

Here is a series of pictures to show our activities and the wondeful friendship we shared throughout the Yeosu camp and festival.  I hope that through these pictures we can show the kind of wonderful intercultural exchange we all experienced during our stay in Yeosu.  This is surely an event that we will all remember "4ever"

CAMP DAY 1 (July 20)
The first day of camp mostly consisted of gathering all the participants at the airport, touring the northwestern capital city of Seoul, and then traveling to our accomodations in the southern coastal city of Yeosu.  We visited several places in Seoul like Chandeok Palace (shown below) and had lunch at a place along the highway and made it to Yeosu safely.

At the palace.

Paula and 유빈 at the roadside dinner. :)

CAMP DAY 2 (July 21)
Day two of the Yeosu International Festival Camp was very exciting.  We arrived in Yeosu at around 8:30pm.  There are over 100 participants from 39 countries represented, so we got to meet and learn from people from all around the world.  Here are some pictures from our time at camp.  We went on a seatour, painted pottery, and lots of other fun and exciting things.

Here you can see many of our Korean buddies posing with Ana from Montenegro and Paula from Estonia.
Here's 영창, Tobias, and the rest of our team learning how to clap the Korean way.

Here is Ana and Rade from Montenegro on the bus with their Korean buddies. They look very tired, no? Well, it's because they're having so much fun here in Yeosu!! :)

Here's some of the pottery we painted together with our buddies. :)

Ready to (dinner) party at Partyland!! =)

CAMP DAY 3 (July 22)
On the third day of camp, we got to go to the mudflats, we made kimchi & bibimbap, learned k-pop dance and much more. Here are some pictures. :)

Here's some members from our team with the giant bibimbap bowl.
